Lost / Damaged Merchandise policy:

All claims for lost/damaged shipments must be filed with the appropriate carrier.

Return policy:

• Equipment may NOT be returned without authorization from Brentwood Surplus.
• A 25% handling charge will be made for all returns.
• Store Credit Only will be given for used merchandise.

Availability of Merchandise:

Prices and availability of used merchandise are subject to change in which case we will advise you prior to processing your order.

Condition of Merchandise:

Merchandise is described as accurately as possible. Merchandise may be viewed in person, or by means of photographs or videotape. Responsibility for the suitablilty of the merchandise rests entirely with the customer consistent with their needs.
